Direct Design and NEFCU received a Diamond Award from the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) Marketing & Business Development Council, a national network comprised of over 1,100 credit union marketing and business development professionals. Awards are given in each of 29 categories ranging from advertising to community events and beyond. Direct Design and NEFCU won their Diamond Awards in the “Point of Sale and Retail Merchandising” category for its recently renovated Shelburne Road branch, which incorporated a number of innovative concepts and designs.

In addition to the CUNA Diamond Award, Direct Design and NEFCU received a Silver Award from the Marketing Association of Credit Unions (MAC) for a separate In-Branch Display. “Our long relationship with NEFCU has been an exceptionally creative and challenging journey,” says Chris Reck. “We have found that their creativity and drive has melded productively with our own, and these awards are symbols of that union”.
